Our software is programmed in the United States, giving us both the control and confidence that we can provide unparalleled security, service, and support. Specifically:

MobileLink™
MobileLink™ software allows customers to view the real-time locations of all internet-connected fleet vehicles and stream live video and audio directly to their computers. The easy-to-use web-based interface enables 24-hour access to the fleet. The playback function gives information about each vehicle’s history, including the speed, address, breadcrumb trail, and alarms that occurred while en route.
Getting more information is easy – one mouse click accesses live streaming video. Video from multiple cameras can be sent live over customers’ 3G or 4G network for real-time situational awareness. MobileLink also sends SMS or email alerts for over-speed events, route deviations, G-Force alarms, or restricted zone violations. And the MobileLink enterprise user management system can grant specific users special or restricted access to the fleet. With no software to install and no servers to maintain, MobileLink is the easiest way to manage fleets.
Mobile Witness Analyzer Pro™ (MWA Pro)
Mobile Witness Analyzer Pro™ (MWA Pro) is fast-becoming the go-to video playback tool for all of our customers. Whether viewing video directly from the hard drive or watching files that are stored on a desktop or server, MWA-Pro’s friendly interface that can help managers assess risk issues and conduct post-mortem on incidents such as accidents or disputes.
Video playback in MWA Pro includes much more than just video. Associated metadata is displayed as well during playback. Location and route data are displayed on a map. Speed, sensor data, and more are displayed in the metadata information pane. The video can be viewed from the local PC, Mobile DVR or from an ADS server. The video can be downloaded to the local computer from remote sources if required. Video can be exported to AVI files and snapshots can be taken and tagged with the current metadata.
Mobile Witness Auto Download Server™
Mobile Witness Auto Download Server™ with automatic download of data via Wi-Fi or wired connection as soon as a vehicle arrives at its host location and connects to the access point, eliminating the need to download individual events and video clips manually. ADS features customizable downloading (All, Event, or Timed recordings), First-In, First-Out video management, scheduled priority downloading for more efficient use of bandwidth, and up to 10 simultaneous download connections (bandwidth-upgradable).Enterprise handles multiple locations and houses all files on a central server.
For customers who manage multiple locations, Mobile Witness ADS Enterprise Manager™ is the perfect solution for consolidating and creating redundant backups of valuable video evidence. Fleet vehicles download files and metadata to their respective regional ADS server for supervisors to access and review as needed. After each new file is downloaded, the Enterprise server is notified and copies that data from the regional servers to a central storage location. The server also keeps records of when the file was requested, downloaded, erased, and accessed.
